    I contacted S&B as the sticker on my replacement unit is doing the same. They told me not to worry as the numbers can still be read after they have been worn off. This appears to not be the case.

    Namaste have a terrible track record. The owner of the company has a very shady history. Go with anyone other then Namaste. They tried to rip me off. I am so glad I never bought from them with all the problems I have had with my Mighty. Warranty would have been a nightmare.

    My vibration feature just started rattling and making 10 times as much noise as it used to. It's seriously annoying having it rattling right in your front of your face as the cut off and temp vibrations kick in.

    S&B are taking two days to reply to me. They asked me to undervalue the item when I sent it back to them. I told them that I could not do that as I work for Australia Post and that it is considered mail fraud. They apologised and told me that I didn't have to undervalue it.

    If the batteries need replacing and you bought the unit in Australia then you are fully covered under warranty by Australian consumer law. I contacted the department of fair trading and specifically asked them about the battery issue and the Mighty vapouriser.

    Not private messages. I asked if I could post an email from S&B that claimed they had solved all the problems with the units back on JAN 10th. It was the same day someone posted an email from S&B claiming they wouldn't have the problems fixed for weeks. I asked if I could post it and was told no.
