Try having a break from smoking for a couple of weeks and only use the Vape. By the end of the two weeks you should see some improvements.

I have found that older Mighty units heat up faster then new ones. I am not sure if this is a conditioning thing but the difference was very noticeable.

That sounds messed up mate, you even left out that they returned the unit without its O-Ring. Check in with S&B as there might be some kind of mix up. Let us know how you go.

I assumed you replaced the O-Ring yourself. Are you using the unit without the O-Ring? What did S&B say about it? Did you get one of the new units with the upgraded casing?

So if you didn't have an O-Ring you wouldn't have been able to use your unit?
