That's a great find. I just ordered one now. I had to click on the picture of the mouthpiece on the front page of the site to add it to my cart. It wouldn't work from the link above.

I wish they would offer this service to everyone of their customers. I am on my fourth Mighty unit and the last time it broke I asked if I could do what you did and was told no. I had to buy an additional unit. I just can't work out why they treat some customers one way and others completely...

S&B changed their power chargers to a new smaller device that hopefully doesn't break as easy. I bought a extra back up charger and car charger just in case as the old ones are so flimsy.

Storz and Bickel told me that the problem with the fins is purely aesthetic but that they would be willing to replace a unit for those problems if a customer requested to do so.

I agree with you. Unfortunately those are the rules. I asked if I could post an email from S&B and was told that the policy here was that both parties had to agree before an email could be posted. It would be great to see this rule changed, I have some classics from S&B.

We aren't allowed to post emails here without the permission of both parties beforehand. I got in trouble for doing this as S&B do not comment publicly and don't associate themselves with cannabis.
