Me, too. Mine came this afternoon and I was even surprised by how small the box was. Mine is charging and I'm looking forward to a spin around the block. I've had it about an hour, and so far no sticking mouthpiece!

I think that many out here like a unit that requires some hands-on attention. I get that. There's something cool about doing modifications, learning idiosyncrasies, working around design flaws, fussing over little things, etc. The Volcano, by that standard, is pretty boring. It just works...

Right. This is why discussions of the Volcano's considerable cost can be misleading: the initial expense needs to be put in the context of the unit's durability, reliability, ease of use, and resale value.

I realize this may be trivial question, but I'm going to order some pipe cleaners and it looks like they come in hard and soft bristles. Does it matter?
