Got my mouthpiece extension from TheYoYoKid today. Nice fit and does seem to add to the cooling, but makes it seem more fragile with the longer glass piece sticking out. Definitely is harder to conceal in a pocket. ~

There must be variances in these because I don't have any trouble with water in both chambers. But I don't usually give vapes hard pulls so I rarely have splashback issues. But then I also feel that its smaller size and two chambers make for almost too much diffusion. OTOH why buy something...

I would think it would. I have a similar one that does. You just have to twist it so that one part of the "Y" sticks further away from your glass and the other leg close to the glass. Also depends on the configuration of the glass you are using, of course. ~
