How long are your batteries lasting you guys? Mine died after 3 loads at about 15 full draws per load. With 2 batteries I'm not worried at all just curious. Also, are you storing it on charger? Is this bad for battery life?

Awesome!! To be honest, this is one of the major reasons I decided to cancel GH order and stick to an established reliable company. I do think hopper labs will get there but they're not yet. Glad to hear they were so helpful. No issues yet but great to know and glad your back in business!

@jay87 A lot of the "complaints" I am reading seem like user error or just dislike with how it works...which to be honest is more their problem than FireFly's. I agree though that MOST people seem to be very happy.
