Yeah I have gotten to this point too....its CLOSE but not quite there and I noticed it happens if I am on high and keep trying to draw after its clearly spent.

@mitchgo61 Also, I would bet that FF2 gets extremely hot to the touch as well due to this reduced airflow. I notice if I pull slower it gets hotter.

Thanks man. That's clearly whats happening here I believe. Another way you could achieve the same results would be to put an additional screen in the mouthpiece (if it fits). Not sure why you would want to do this but it would do the same thing I suspect. You are just forcing yourself to draw...

@Reggie Watts I truly believe that all you are doing is forcing your draw to be slower by closing the airway and thus creating more dense clouds. I think it is most likely working correctly without pinching but not living up to your expectations....just a guess here. By pinching that lid down...

Is it possible that the air is being pulled in to cool the electronics? I really have no idea, I am genuinely asking. The unit itself does get pretty hot on high setting and I would imagine really hot on concentrate so I would almost assume this is to keep it from frying itself like @Morimoto...

Huh? Very restrictive draw? Less restrictive than my Solo and produces bigger clouds/more vapor. I would try it before critiquing it like that man. Most of what you said is false. I didn't have the FF1 but people who have have said it's a big improvement.

@mitchgo61 Not a big deal if I can't use it. Definitely do not want to do anything that screws this thing up as its working awesome! Might be better to just stay away from it.

Once I am home I can take a picture and see what you guys think...It might be better on top of some flower but the pad might hold it just enough. it is thick, takes a few seconds to move from one side of tube to the other if I turn it upside down but its not in a solid/sticky form.

Got a question, not sure if anyone can help. I have one of those vape pens with oil in it, its the kind that comes pre filled. Looks like this... It still has some oil in it but its dead and I dont have the charger...I can open up the oil part. Can i put some of this oil into concentrate...

Got RFT again last night and plan on doing the same tonight! This thing is unbelievable once you get used to it. Started 2nd bowl last night and was too high and forgot to finish it...but guess what? I can finish it tonight because it's on demand. Love it!!

There has to be some level of defective units out there...it would be an unbelievable feat to have none. Having said that, the 3 to 4 people on here with lid issues have not 100% identified that was the issue so we don't know yet. I still believe that there is some level of surprise/confusion...

This is a quick way to test for sure! Also, and I might be wrong but even if air was leaking in it wouldnt stop it from getting you medicated right? It would really just make the vapor less visible I would assume.

I will say I have seen some peoples lids where there are pieces of ABV bud all over the silicon piece...while I am not sure if it is doing anything I would say its best to keep this piece clear as possible.

Just to build on what everyone else said, mine whistles too and works great....totally normal. To me this is one of the best parts, even if something goes wrong at some point (mouthpiece breaks, lid silicon issues, battery, etc.) everything is fairly inexpensive to replace. Which it should be...
