I guess it is different for everyone. I definitely found smoking to be an irriatant, but I do not find the same for vaping. I don't cough when I vape, nor do I find any throat discomfort. That being said I try to vape on the lowest temp and have added a hydrator as well.

Ok, I am currently borrowing my old style VB until my new one arrives ( can you believe they are backordered) but here is a pic of new glass. I am very pleased with the hydrator, very nice quality, with a removable mouthpiece. Smooth tokes. It has the VB logo etched in the glass.

Can anyone tell me the difference between the 3.0 and the 4.0. I know obviously the 4.0 Q is the newer model, but I may have a chance to buy a barley used 3.0 for around $100. Is this a good deal, and what are the main differences? Is the 3.0 still a good model if I can get a deal. Thanks
