Same here... Sometimes the LED flashes red once (as it should), and sometimes that first flash is BOTH red and blue together, once. I've wondered if that is a sign of lurking doom. When it doesn't flash at all, it is apparently attributed to the fact that USB charging should be with the AC...

Thanks, Molten. Makes sense, as you say; the charger isn't measuring current capacity, just voltage, so, it's really no indication of health. Proof is in the pudding, I suppose.

Does anyone have input on how the Hopper behaves when the batteries are on their last legs? Specifically, Can a "full charge" on a dying battery result in a weak hit, even on the first draw?
