    I responded to my ticket (again) the day before yesterday asking for a follow up. No reply. I DM'd them on Instagram yesterday morning. No reply. It's now been a full 7 days since anyone from Puffco has replied to my support ticket for my broken Peak. This is unbelievable.

    Standard policy for any company in any industry should be to accept a return if you buy a product that stops working within a week. The warranty is good and fine, but I should also have the option to not be saddled with it.

    One of the things I appreciate most about the Peak (when it works) is the lack of downtime between hits. The ability to immediately pass to a friend to take their dab, and the only work you had to do was swab and then drop your material in. How does the Switch fare in this regard?
