No bounce tests for me. I'm good at dropping things anyways. I was wondering how the hinge on the case might hold up but now that I've seen it I doubt it will fatigue and break over time. I was wondering how the plastic handles a quick swabbing with alcohol to keep it clean?

Got another email from Hailey this morning with a tracking number? I emailed to ask what they were up to and they decided to send me a new glass mouthpiece and battery anyways. I had told her previously it wasn't necessary as the mouthpiece was loose but not unusable and the battery worked fine...
