So far, my Ti seems the better behaved of the two. It does not get crazy ass hot like the SS. Might be a warranty issue but I just sent my Crafty in to try to get it evaluated/updated by S&B and I can't keep cutting back on my devices.
Hey Vapmaniacs,
If you're in the market for a basic or classic, @M0J0 has reduced prices at infinityVM.com.
Seriously, everyone needs at least ONE Vapman, amirite? I'm kinda regretting giving my second VM away...
Never been a smoker and I'm a bit of a pussy with vapor hitting my throat. I am shocked to find that I can manage the GH at 5. I do choke sometimes but it doesn't hit me as hard as the old Pinnacle Pro did. As a general rule, I can hit it dry at 5 and do fine.
My SS gets much, much hotter than my Ti, but I suspect that is device dependent and I should probably consider a warranty request. Beyond that, I would be hard-pressed to pick a "favorite" between the two; they just aren't that much different (to me) in practical application.
I've had a habit of taking the Crafty when walking the dog at night. It's easily hidden and if you cover the light, that black plastic makes it nearly invisible. However, I seem to get a little winded while drawing on the Crafty and walking (maybe it's the style of draw I use with it).

Crackberry, anyone?
I agree. I'm a big fan of my Crafty but, due to the abysmally slow heat-up times, it has become a special occasion vape -- where special occasion = ain't nobody around. Because of this, mine will outlast the warranty (next month) and I'll just have to throw the little...
Is that timing from the time the FW reports it's up to temp or from the time you turn it on? Mine takes mere seconds to report the temp via vibration and then I begin drawing immediately (slowly). I always seem to get good vapor.
I use a spoon to ladle in about 80% full and do not pack at all. Operate at 3 for 5-6 draws and 5 for 5-6 draws. The draws are 6-10 seconds long each and I do not shut the GH off at all during the process. I also sometimes drop a nug in instead of ground material and that works just as well.
Hey @JoeMama, I'd say better battery life but smaller chamber. I'm not sure if that's really an issue or not. The FW3 does the job. Pax 2? Totally out of the league of the GH and the FW3 in my opinion (but I may be harsh on that, the Pax2 just seems like a higher tech MFLB to me).
Hey, @JoeMama. I haven't compared but I'm pretty sure the GH chamber is bigger. But...the FW works just as well and the battery (batteries?) last longer than the GH and the vapor is smoother and tastier. The FW4 is the only thing stopping me from pulling the trigger on an FF2. If the FF2 is that...
