In my internet Carta search travels, I came across a post stating that you can factory reset the Carta by reversing polarity on the batteries, turning it on then off and putting the batteries back in normally. Any info if this is a real thing? Thanks!

FocusVape has some carb caps on their website available for order. I know there are quite a few different vendors starting to make things for the Carta too, from caps to wraps. You did not go wrong ordering the Carta. I would, however, order the repair kit ahead of time from the FocusVape...
