Not trying to double post here, but I didn't see a way to edit my original thread.... Update.. I did manage to get the bottom part of the mouthpiece tube out... and got it re assembled... now it seems to be fitting in better and it makes the clicking sound when you press down only it don't pop...

Hey guys, I'm still having problems with my mouthpiece sticking... I've cleaned and cleaned it and put plenty of lube on it....I've cleaned around the spring as well... at times the mouthpiece works ok and goes up and down like it should and then it will get stuck again after one or two...
