I would most likely email them if I were you, when I first got the evo I was amazed at the vapor quality and production it produced compared to other vapes I've tried and had.

When I first got my solo, it ripped immediately and I knew I got the right vape, however I also had a santa cruz shredder before I bought it which could have made a slight difference.
