understood OF! These things that are to replace (!) the other mouthpieces (that the carts come with) - are on sale here. They are more of a pain than they are helpful. I prefer the original over these.

Some kind of pump, like a toy/bicycle air pump? Or some kind set up like a gravity bong where it will just suck air in. Also blowing on the top (the way flutes work, or blowing on a glass bottle to act like a wind instrument), might make enough air movement to scoop the vapors out of the top.
