Couldn't agree more. I'm ok with some issues, it's not life or death, it's expected (especially with electronics). But one after the other dying is bad biz. I really hope they're going out of their way to make it right in these cases. We'll see.

My buddy's had an extra battery in it. This one just started making the clicking sound when in use. It doesn't do it when charging like others have reported, it clicks when it's being used. Not sure if I read anyone else's doing that while running. Other than the sound, it's working fine...

Got the repaired unit back today. Works great. No heat in the backend at all. The front end actually seems better too, it's not getting as hot. Like night and day really. Other than a couple ankle biter critiques I have, this really is a great device. Pretty sweet.

I was using an SS. As far as comparisons, it wasn't as hard as the Snoop Dogg G Pen, but harder than the Pro or Alfa. Somewhere in between them. I don't use ecigs, just weedcigs :rockon:
