Custom Copper Nickel Vise and Arbor Jaws For Rosin Tech.

I have not made a set for an arbor press connection as of yet. I am making a set now for a customer, pics tomorrow or the next day. Someone may be using glue in blocks now that I think about it.

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

Looking at the stumpy pictures, it does not look like there is much room between the posts? I guess you could turn it on it's side? I am not sure it would act the same in a different rda than the rose v2 as the ceramic cup is basically touching wire on the sides and bottom along with any oil...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

So after a week or so of hard use, I am totally impressed with this new coil design. I can load a huge "glob" and get at least 3 huge choking rips off it. Yes, a 3 hitter quitter!! One thing I notice when using it, is when it starts to run low on oil, is the vapor just falls off instead of...

The last set to Au was $49 for priority international express and about half that for slow mail. FYI, happy to give to an exact quote if you need.

Custom Copper Nickel Vise and Arbor Jaws For Rosin Tech.

After further review, I will no longer be offering glue in jaws. Only bolt in jaws and press blocks. Also, these soldering irons should never be left unattended. Please turn them off when not in use as they heat up pretty quick. The temps we run the iron at for squishing are much hotter...

. Yes, this is one of the reasons I do not include the soldering irons. I just found out the other day and it's been on my mind ever since. I will be posting something soon to my thread. Edit: I am also thinking of using a set screw to secure the irons in place.

I am actually not real comfortable with the liability of glue in jaws now, knowing that some of you leave your irons on 24/7. Sorry, but bolt in jaws only for now on.

Ok, Yes. Those are the digital soldering irons. I have not used them yet but @herbivore21 and @BoogerMan both have different types of digital irons. I will let them chime in on performance. ;)

@KittensTasteYummy These are adjustable soldering irons, they do not need a PID controller. I can easily dial in temps within a degree or two with the dials on the irons.. You may want to check out "cartridge heaters" for use with PID's or dimmers. Sounds like a fun project though.. ;)

I will make you a deal on the square blocks and send a replacement for the crushed block if you let me know what block. Thanks for testing these with extreme pressures. Did you notice improved yields at those pressures? I have only pressed with bags once. "Man's got to know his limitations"

Thanks for the review. 20-25 tons? I'd guess that it crushed the block/ bore on that iron.. I do sell 2" square blocks also. Just not many. Edit: 25tons = 50,000 pounds of force 50,000 divided by 3.14 = 15,923 pounds per sq inch. These jaws are rated for 10 tons max. (6,369 psi, twice the...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

That was my 2nd attempt to wrap it, the first time I broke the wire trying to get it tighter.. This was my best effort so far with this donut and this 24g ti (it's springy). If I get the wire red hot with a lighter first, I am sure I can wrap it tighter. I am trying to avoid doing that as I...
