@midgetsanchez Woot another grasshopper in the wild! and be prepared for lots of questions. Try it on setting 5 with a full bowl with a bubbler/bong if you get the chance, it's pretty amazing how powerful that little pen can be :)
@Just Justin I am fairly sure they started doing the serial number and name on the dial fairly recently, so I think my unit was just built with an older dial.
@Just Justin They look to be the same size to me, but the insulation itself looks different:
@slcbdco The flavor between my two units is the same. I prefer the Grasshopper flavor over the Pax2/Ascent, but my Firefly still beats the Grasshopper on flavor :)
I tend to prefer the Sativa's when I wake up, and then I transition to the Indicas as the day goes on. @EveryDayAmnesiac I have been REALLY loving 'Space Jill' lately, its a Sativa, but I get no anxiety or raciness at all from it might be worth trying if you come acrossed it. Its only around...
The extraction difference is minor from one unit to the next when you realize the GH in general is a VERY fast extracting unit, so you may already have problems milking a small load. You will definitely have to start on low temps :) You shouldn't have a problem making .05 last ~4-5 draws, but...
I really don't have enough testing in to say definitively, but I do think the Ti unit is worth it so far. Cosmetically I like the look of the non-color Ti more than the SS, and I like how it feels since its lighter. I also have gotten quite a few minor scratches on my SS unit just from standard...
@mitchgo61 Lots of power that comes on really quickly. It seems to have very minimal conduction, even when I left the unit on max temp for two heat cycles.
It will definitely do all of those things, however the Firefly still wins on pure flavor, and cooler/smoother vapor. But it's drastically larger/heavier and it's more expensive less portable etc.

I do not have a different sized gap between them. Maybe it has to do with the angle/lighting?
Its hard to tell on this, its a minor difference if it's there. I may also just be trying to notice changes between the units, so more testing is needed to be sure. Since the Ti unit is cooler to the touch after a session than the SS unit (Ti unit definitely still gets hot after extended use)...
I think its definitely worth it if you can handle potential delays. I use my GH more than most of my portables, and the only portables I do use more often are considerably more expensive.
