    Surgery

Best of luck with the surgery. The hardest part for me is the waiting for the day. Once you are in hospital, it all goes pretty quickly and often start an IV right away and offer something to calm the nerves. I have never had back surgery myself, but with a few friends who have gone through...

    Discontinued Pandora Kit from Purple-Days

Like they say on the New Yankee Workshop, "guards removed for photographic clarity." There must be cameras all over the shops I have worked in because there wasn't a guard in sight ;)

    Discontinued Pandora Kit from Purple-Days

Please be careful with the gloves. I have done my tour of duty as a carpenter for long enough to see glove entanglement in power tools. I know often times it is a catch 22 (for instance working with wenge, a splinter will swell your hand right up), but when working with power tools, I would...

    New strain of medical marijuana

Intrigued by this. I wonder if this is really something different, or if there are strains now that approximate the THC / CBD ratio that this strain is boasting. I also wonder how long it will take for something like this to become available outside of Harborside Health Center and make its way...

Recommendations for a good desktop vaporizer

Why? For a pre-assembled stainless steel log style, it is the only game in town right now.

The only thing he/she can say I want to hear.

As the Hawks and the Kings are a very likely first round match-up, I certainly wouldn't want to hear those words ;) I wouldn't mind hearing "Dustin Brown, come get your Stanley Cup" (yeah right, as the Kings are looking like one and done this year, but one can dream)

Revolverre Glass store is OPEN !!!

Like I said, it is the size. No screwdriver that I have seen has a handle that is the >0.25" OD needed to fit in the bowl end of the stem. The idea of this is that the purple side is the tamper, the other side a pick.

Make it and I will buy it. Nothing else works that well.

Revolverre Glass store is OPEN !!!

This is really simple and silly, but what I would really love is a pick with a base that would fit into to the Purple Days tube so you could use it as a little tamping device. You must be asking "why don't you just use your finger?" There are times when, believe it or not I like less than a full...

    Discontinued Purple-Days Vaporizer

Wait, buyers are charged $180 at time of purchase, and it is VapeNow who is sitting on the interest? That makes me even more irritated that their waiting list management was so poor.

    The pain thread

I wanted to start this because there are a lot of medicinal users here, many using to alleviate pains of different types. I thought it would be nice if we had a more centralized tread of tips, trick, and perhaps strain suggestions for the most effective pain relief practices (also I didn't want...

Is it possible my Launch Box helps my pain better than my Vapor Warez?

Perhaps my choice of words was not spot in my original statement. I am not sure "increase the pain" is exactly right, but I find (this is speaking solely for me) being too high above the "window" I get into a zone where I am absolutely fixated on the pain. Is that making the pain worse? Perhaps...

Is it possible my Launch Box helps my pain better than my Vapor Warez?

Could it also be a dosing issue? Perhaps with the LB it is easier for you to find that analgesic window, i.e. not to little to be ineffective, not to much to be a pain amplifier.

    Alice in Wonderland

It actually isn't a true 3D movie. It was filmed with one camera, not a stereoscopic pair like Avatar. The result is that the 3D tends to fall apart a bit, and as a choice they are much more "in your face" with the 3D than Avatar was, which in my opinion is a terrible decision.

Nice guys ALWAYS finish last & the good all die young....

That does truly suck, sorry to hear. The one thing I would say is file a police report. Include all the information about the work you did for these people and the string of text messages they sent you just before the incident. Be sure to save the text to show the officer. Give as much...

    Disfunctional Silver Surfer Help

Hmm, I would suggest slowing your draws way down, try to make the draw last 10-20 seconds (which is a long time when you count it out). The slower the draw the hotter the air passing over the bowl. You should see and taste a difference after a few draws. If not that something is wrong.
