My Eq is running HOT even though it's set low it still wants to go to 500* I think. It's been working fine and the top always stayed pretty cool but now the whole top get too hot to touch. Is there any way to master reset this unit or any tips for fixing this problem?

The first thing that happened was the flavor enhancer fell out and hit the floor and broke. I didn't even get 1 bowl out of it or get the battery charged. I pieced back the flavor enhancer and loaded it up.
