The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

mighty works fine right out of the box, no add-ons needed. if you do small loads, you can put the liquid pad on top. even that's not absolutely necessary - it just improves the already great performance a tad (the theory is that it's better to have the weed not overly loose so more will be in...

totally agree: squiby's explanatory posts were extremely helpful in my decision to order a Ti woody (not forgetting you, natural farmer!). george?

    Retail states: how's the weed?

I'm also curious which state you're in. medical dispensaries in wa. rarely (if ever) tested for pesticides; they'd say that they had growers they trusted wouldn't use them. hopefully all the legal states will cooperate, come up with lists of banned pesticides, then standardize the testing - and...

thanks to squiby and natural farmer for the mouthpull info!

perhaps someone would include an explanation of this for us late arrivals?

not an owner, but I've been reading the thread: the S refers to the mouthpiece which spins (hence S). the main reason owners cite for getting this feature is that it enables you to spin the vape more easily when heating up the cap. from what I've read, it has no effect on the performance.

    Dynavap VapCap

thanks for your input. it looks like you're the perfect person to ask, since you have both OG + Ti woody: if I'm just looking for the vapcap 'experience', not concerned with fragility (or esthetics), do I give up anything, performance-wise, by getting an OG? some people have said the draw is...

    Dynavap VapCap

thanks for that. I'm pretty gentle on my vapes, so I'm not concerned about fragility. a small bowl's fine with me - one main reason I'm interested in this vape is how good it is with hash, and I pretty much never vape more than ~.12g of flower it'd probably get pretty infrequent use you...

    Dynavap VapCap

so my reasoning (Ti performs 20% better than OG, no functional need to get more than a standard wood body) matches your experience (you've used both OG and Ti)?

    Dynavap VapCap

question for the vapcap pros who've used the OG and Ti: despite not having VAS, the low price on this (esp. with the black friday thing), and great reviews, has me wanting to check one out. I'd like to get one that gives me the performance it's famous for, at the lowest price. from what I've...

In your opinion, what is the best portable (that you have used) on the market?

another vote for the mighty. one thing I don't think has been mentioned yet: you never have to stir - the ABV is always a uniform color. any other vapes you can say this about?

    Vaping traditional (hard) hash

I'm not sure I've ever seen such unanimity of opinion on this forum: vapcap's the way to go for hash. thanks to all: natural farmer - you must see plenty of hard hash in Greece! squiby - good to know that 'the click' doesn't have to be disrespected if (when) I get one of these. just when I...

    Vaping traditional (hard) hash

thanks! it had occurred to me that I should try precisely this in my mighty; when I tried to vape hard hash last time I just broke it up into little bits - maybe that was the issue and I don't actually need another device after all. (I know, right? what is a non-VAS sufferer doing on this forum?)

    Vaping traditional (hard) hash

thanks again herbivore! excuse the cross-examination, but have you actually vaped hard hash in a vapcap? since I'd only be getting one for this reason (not saying I wouldn't use it for other things, but...), I'd really love to hear from people who can confirm it works. from what I've read here -...

    Vaping traditional (hard) hash

much as I love my mighty, it seems to not be up to the task of vaping the harder type (e.g. lebanese) of hash. it works just fine for softer types (e.g. bubble, finger) - the biggest clouds it ever made were from finger hash. from what I'm reading, the problem is the mighty's upper temperature...

sorry for being lazy - I'm sure the answer's here somewhere:for my intended use (hash only), is there any reason to upgrade to the 'S' or 'double crown'?
