My eagle eye tells me that it can hold exactly 150ml. Unfortunately the rest of the eagle seemed rather uncooperative so I couldn't get confirmation.

No, most have female. It's generally pieces that are designed to be used with oil that have a male joint for the dome to go on.

If you want something low cost I'd recommend having a look on www.head-nature.com. Shipping to the UK is €7 for anything under 1kg and €10 for anything under 3kg, they also sell reducers for €2 so you'll be able to use both 14mm and 19mm pieces...

I'm no medical expert but I believe that it might be sucking that can cause the socket to dry out. Therefore I'm guessing a bag vape might be the best option if you or a friend have one. This way you can squeeze the bag to get vapour into you lungs rather than having to suck on anything...
