With the stock charger is the output dependent upon the amperage of the source you plug it into? For example my Apple charger is .5A but my HTC charger is 1.5A. Thanks!!!

I have 5 batteries. All ghb2’s. 3 are older and two are NOS I have been using daily for a couple months. The older ones all charge up to 4.2v and do work although I get only 3 or 4 bowls and a medium roast on high with flashy blue lights a lot. With the new ones I get 5 or 6 bowls, a darker...

I just tinkered with mine and got it to work for a while. Recently got a Grav Circuit rig in a trade and let me tell ya they are one hell of a sweet combo. The hits are huge, smooth and cool. Amazing for such a little setup.

I just got an 18” dual perc bong in the mail today so i fired up the Hopper with a full bowl and holy shit! The vapor just keeps on coming and coming. The Hopper really shines with a good water piece. Smooth, potent and powerful is the best way i can say it in this state. Lol

I would certainly try a front end before sending in a perfectly fine working Hopper. Maybe time to get a PFE?

I have a suspicion that a lot of the failures have to do with running on weak batteries. I hate to even suggest it, but I would put it in a drawer and wait for better batteries if you can’t get two or three bowls out of one.

Keep cycling your batteries on a good charger. I had a couple that were weak but I used them a lot and they improved some. Might work seeing they have been stored for so long. Good luck!!! Glad to hear your Hopper is back to you!

Yes, quite presumptuous. I picked up an original Walnut Splinter with no stem. I have a box mod. Probably use it most on my mechanical mod so it works like a Milaana.

I hear folks over on Reddit saying they use cruise and temp control with the Splinter. I just got mine and need a stem before I can try it but I guess that’s for a different thread.........

RBT has a sale right now for $39 for a Splinter. They are huge compared to a Hopper.......
