I use organic cotton balls but you need to make sure that you do not heat them up when they are dry. Heat them up after placing the liquid in. You can get them on eBay cheap.

You will get the quick hits with the conduction screens at high settings like 3 and 4. I would recommend fine grind, loose pack and wait additional 10-15 seconds before your first hit. You should be able to experience how quickly you will feel the effects.

Clearly it comes from their distributor and you can simply ask for a new box. As far as the unit is in tact, there would not be a problem I guess but I agree. I would not like it myself if I send the box to the Distributor and do not receive it back. I would ask Haze about this and I am sure...
