In the same boat here mate, ordered on black friday, emailed them about a week ago following up (because the website changed and my purchase info disappeared) and no reply. Still trying to keep the faith though :bowdown:

After ordering towards the end of the black friday special and then the website changing the day or two later i no longer have my purchase information on their website? I got the reset password email and did that so i can log in on the new site but as i say no purchase information appeared...

Still wondering from men's (and women with large hands i guess?:hmm::|) perspective that have used these whether the woody s is still the ideal one for me to pick over the xls? I like the idea of the more discreet size of the s but wondering if the smaller size is causing any of you to regret...

I hope they fix it. I'd been stalling all day still trying to decide which one to get :(
