To convince him about vaping, i think a powerful desktop unit ist best - portable can be added later. Just my two cents and my own experience... Perhaps the Herborizer TI? If portable, i d recommend the Mighty as a first... quite powerful, easy to use. All the best to your friend, you will...

@Hogni VERY nice idea, a Vapcap BBQ accessoire - perhaps something you can leave on one corner of your BBQ and heat your VC while turning your meat... @MAbud the Omni should be typically in stock, at Dynyvap direct or at a good vendor

I like the idea, at the same time i am pretty sure me or a family member would easily manage to get some bad burns. Perhaps you should factor in some kind of insulated housing or similar. Or this is just for the brave.... :rockon:

I am sure you are right. That being said, perhaps propane torches have typical a bigger tank and or a bigger flame? For me, they were always faster than my butane torches.

@Hogni I think the GT8000 is a bit like the standard for big, quality home-torches but you can find it also in Europe. For the Supreme you should also look into Propane torches, they give more Heat and are very cheap at a home improvement center (Bauhaus etc.) Also looking very forward to your...

@Winegums I dig their ideas for sure, and i am with you re. grip and threads. From the look of the photos i guess it is not possible to use it as a three piece, which is a pity as it would be easy to build this way. Just a personal guess, not 100% sure about it.

If i had to travel with a Vape, it would be a Vapcap because they are very easy to clean. That said, i would nt like to travel with one on a plane... should be ok but i like to play it safe... :2c:
