I think I can see what you are describing as well. But it for sure lights up even without me pressing it and vapor starts to escape. Will test again later.... And if it happens again will try and get it on video... For now i will just hope it is solely what @Justpassedu is describing...

Finally got an evolve plus...A friend brought it with him on a visit from Canada. He also had a spare ceramic donut coil, which was a very nice surprise. However...after charging the battery and trying it with the qdc and the donut I am afraid to use it more...the fire button seems to be firing...

Rosin works better with charas then flowers.....just my two cents....last bit of charas I had that was more then ten years old pressed .8 for every 1g put in my hair press in simple thea bags...try it;) on topic, my first coil is still working like a charm after several weeks of daily use:tup:
