Ok, so I tried scissors instead of grinding. It was fine, but it reminded me too much of trimming. I've got a silicone grinder, called Chube. It's ok. Not real consistent, as some stuff gets practically powdered, and some not, but I suspect it's user error and will try again.

I can't imagine any benefit to staying where you are likely to get evicted for doing what you are going to continue doing. You might try renting a room in a cannabis friendly household, if you don't want another apartment complex. Better to move now before there is an eviction on your record...
