I've heard the opposite, perhaps you are packing too much in too tightly? It's a convection vape so it shouldn't need a tight pack at all. I don't have my hopper yet so I can't confirm this.

I feel like they're gonna take all of 2016 to send out preorders! I'm just hoping and praying that they really are just making final tweaks before they start sending out by the hundreds. Then again, that doesn't explain the SS backers not getting theirs. Sigh :sherlock:

I think there were a handful of preorders in late December of 2014 but I can't prove this.

Wish I knew exactly how many preorders there were from end of '14 through June '15. Could be any amount, hopefully not more than a couple thousand.

Man these GH threads create a lot of panic! Of course an "exploding" battery would be worrisome, but looks like a short. Again, there have been likely over 2,000 units shipped out and we heard of a few dozen failures. A new company with a new electronic product - of course there will continue to...

I'm pretty sure they assume that since you don't have a GH they won't send you batteries since you obviously can't use them - they only send batteries with or after you have a GH delivered to you. Thought I also read them mentioning something of the sort and that if you already have a GH they...

That's pretty good. I imagine you take 5-7 hits per pack?

I too am an early June preorder. I posted here a couple of days ago. I got a reply email back from Caroline and she said mine is to be shipped in January.

I had reached out to her first via email. They're not sending out any emails warning anyone of this. She also mentioned once their website is updated (lolz) they will have all new shipping estimates. At least December backers are getting their units, they definitely picked up production/shipping...

I'm an early June preorder and Caroline just told me my order is to be shipped in January FWIW

If everything they said in their email yesterday, which showed numbers, was true, then there's no reason all backers orders shouldn't be fulfilled by end of November. There were about 2,700 backer units, they say 1500 went out already and they have the capacity to make 1300 per month. So...

Man the reports on battery life, sometimes the battery life sounds pretty solid and other times it sounds disappointing. Oh well.

I though small packs extract very well? Wow so using the silicone mouthpiece rubs off some of the color on the Ti?

Someone on Reddit posted an email from Caroline saying the big shipment of parts arrived. Does anyone know if when GHL said they can/will fulfill all outstanding orders they meant only backers or backers and preorders as well? I imagine that's at the least a few thousand hoppers...
