A tip if your load is not fine ground as it's tacky or you've overfilled it. Do several light vapes until it dries and shrinks enough and use the stirrer to prod and poke it. vape again and it should stir easy now on.

I always find blue cheese quite relaxing. Try having small vapes a bit at a time it's easy to have more but hard if you freak out from too much.

You don't need a lighter for the iolite or hammer. You do need a jet flame lighter and high quality butane for the lotud

The Lotus is not stealthy but easy and very effective. The hammer is butane internal ignition as is the iolite.
