Just wanted to share an idea I had with de-bowling and storing ABV. I cut a hole in a jar lid with a dremel cutting disc and glued in a 2-3mm thick silicone sheet with a cross cut. When done, just push in and blow:wink:. When the jar is full just swap lids with a fresh jar. Works for me.

I'm with you, I think we are overdue for a new omnivap / Ti tip. I am curious as to whether the next generation Ti tip will have a similar airflow pattern as the M19 SS tip.

I haven't really been using the stash part of my dynastash to store my stash so I thought I would drill it out a bit deeper and make a garage for my Aomai. Apart from some 'character' marks inflicted on to the lid, I'm happy with how it turned out. One less thing rattling about in my pocket.

Thanks for the tips, it was definitely the 1st cycle, I was conscious of the o-rings and I tend to hold my triple torch a fair distant away. I always heat with the tip angled up, I was experimenting. I just thought I might have stumbled on a way to bring it to the brink on the first cycle.

3 months in, I still consider myself a probationary user of the m19. I only use my Mighty now when I have to deal with more than 2 of the unconverted. I have been using a triple but will be graduating to a single when my Aomai's arrive. I also intend building one of George's ISO candles...

I have heard past mention of carbon fibre stems. I have always thought carbon fibre and titanium a sexy combination. How does it hold up as a stem material? Is anyone making them?
