How do you match your serial number on the GH to the box? Also my dial on a SS GH does not click, it slides smooth but there is no clicking like it says in the manual. Curious, the box was not sealed and the battery has been charging for about 20 minutes and is still not blue. It does not look...

The screen and ceramic insert can just be cleaned by putting them in ISO? I think the ceramic thing helps make the vapor cool?

I guess that is a good statement to cover someones butt in the stock market but GHL promised mass delivery every month for 21 months and did not deliver. So I can understand someone taking the new statements with a few hundred billion grains of salt.

Got my focus, this vape is the real-deal. Quality feel, fast heat up, works with small or full loads, good taste, cool vapor. I enjoy this as much as my Arizer Air and it heats up faster. I feel the focus may be a little more portable. Let's hope reliability is good.
