    Discontinued The Grasshopper

I wonder if this has something to do with the body conducting the current. I as getting a hot back-end and noticed poor performance of the battery. It would make sense that battery power is being used up needlessly if the back-end is heating up. Now it is not heating up....but a new back-end is...

Exactly, the heater can keep up with aggressive draws, really they just need to figure out a way to have the herb load at the other ends and travel the length of the unit to cool, if they do that with the GH2 they will have an unbelievable product.

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

True, the GH is the only one out there (portable) that seems to be able to keep up with bigger draws and it produces huge clouds. I really like the FF2 and I am trying to ask about buying a couple of new mouthpieces to see if it is my mouthpiece. I have to say, these two portables compliment...

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

Trying to figure out if the draw on mine is proper or not, it is really limited. Have the GH and it is night and day for draw resistance. I check that my mouthpiece is clear but it has been this way since day one.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

I have both and am in a warranty situation with my hopper so very glad I have my FF2. FF2 is great for concentrates and lots of cool vapor, a lot of draw restriction compared to the Hopper. Hopper through water is crazy, huge clouds! Hopper over 3.5 is hot, you need the condom and vapor is...

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

I contemplated that but what if too many failures and company fails along with them...I got my warranty claim answered in less than 24 hours, they are sending a new back-end and a charger - so no signs of trouble.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

Well my charger has not worked since day one but I am using an external anyways but now my backend is getting hot. Just submitted a warranty request. When they send it back to you in Canada you don't have to pay any duty or anything on a replacement/repair correct?

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

oh, I guess mine is broken - it goes in both ways. But it is very restrictive. How? I guess the risk is if you draw too fast you will overwhelm the heater?

I get the high pitch buzz when charging only, or that is the only time i have noticed it thus far.

I disagree, with the FF2 because of the long vapor path you get a cool tasty hit. With the GH you get a warm/hot thicker cloud that can still taste good but the taste for me is much different.

You mean your lips are not touching the metal? Either way it is too hot, you should not have to do tricks. I would get in the GH2 they will make the vapor travel a tad further or figure something out.

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

haha, I did not look at it when I took it out. But the air comes from the top so it makes sense the open part of the inner mouthpiece would face up.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

ya, i wonder why they did not offer a second way of doing it, with button taps and such. Maybe they will figure something out. One thing I have to say about the GH - the fact that it gets too hot to use sans condom is a pretty big f-ck up in my opinion. Even at 4 it gets unbearably hot, I am...

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

Try 4.25? It should work the same inside and outside, unless you have crazy cold weather. Just wanted to chime in on the GH vs. FF2, got my FF2 last week and have enjoyed it. Too be honest this pair is perfect together. The FF2 for home with using the GH thru water right before bed and the...

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

Does the mouthpiece have a 'right-side-up'? It seems the top open part needs to face up?

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

I think I am doing 8-12 second draws and it is working fine. First draw little vapor, second draw wispy and by third I am getting light clouds. Just wanted to mention that the online guide says hold button and inhale 5-10 seconds. So it should do the job well within your range of tolerance...

    The Firefly 2 vaporizer

I have tried a dozen new vapes over the past few years....all has some level of factory smell. Just got my FF2 yesterday and have had a few bowls of flower and some concentrate. This is a really nice vape. I think I will be using it on high for pain, the vapor is still not hot, clouds are...

Cannabis Clinics (Canada) - experiences, success, grievances

Wow, so they actually bill OHIP for the cannabis product itself? I don't know what to say about your experience, sounds like a nightmare.

Cannabis Clinics (Canada) - experiences, success, grievances

Cannimed product I have found sub-par, shopped at a few downtown locations of various shops and found them all fairly knowledgeable and all products were good (hash, oil, co2 carts and flower). My best experiences have been with Sprout, up in the North end of the city. Script was given by my...

    The Grasshopper Shipping Poll

I posted about a local Toronto shop that had some, they were selling them almost double the price. But I paid it and am happy with my purchase (even though I need to send my charger in for warranty). Says they have one unit in stock...
