Ok, so you heat it for only 3 seconds then start your draw. How long is your draw? I do maybe 15 second draws and if I draw after 3 seconds I will get nothing. And thanks, I will try cleaning the mouthpiece, do you dip it in rubbing alcohol?

I am using shatter but ya the draw is very tight and I need to heat it up for at least a minute or so - but the clouds do come!

To be honest I think GHL should have sent out a free new front-end to everyone and also exchange the first fun of batteries for the second for free.

That is not a warm backend, that is a hot one. I would warranty it. Whatever energy is being used to heat up the backend is power not going to the herb, so you will get poor performance.

The whole thing is so confusing, with so many defective units it is strange they can't figure out the issue. I wonder if it is something in the quality of the 3d printing, maybe specs are off.

What I find worrisome is that they have not been able to figure out (and fix) the issue.

It seems they are learning as they go. They are replacing tons of units but as long as the orders keep rolling in they should be able to make it to the other side!!

If you are really sure of your position then get it tested by a local university lab and if they find something then take the FF company to small claims court
