I bought it recently and really like it. I was wondering why it seems so much stronger than dried herb. And also was trying to learn about the company and all their product line but it seems their website no longer works and there is little if any info about them...

I guess the problem is if they came out and were transparent and said we have some technical problems and things are going to be delayed, it would have slowed down or stopped pre-orders and they probably need that money to keep on manufacturing or fix manufacturing.

Honesty would be nice also. They have been saying next month for over 14 months now, it is hard to believe that is not more than a small oversight.

It is more likely they are working on fixing or figuring out what is causing the failures. A company this small can not absorb endless faulty units without hurting their reputation and/or funding.

That is a real catch-22 as I see it. If they can't do that they will likely lose a lot of pre-orders and continue to hurt their reputation, if they can then why pre-order?

I agree with this, they probably justify it to themselves by saying if they did not do it then the company would probably go under and not be able to offer anything to backers and perhaps not even refunds to pre-orders.

The problem with this is that they did not admit it till a bunch of broken units were received. So I take it they did not really think they were beta testing till after the reports of broken units.

Another blah update IMO. At this rate it looks like backers will have orders fulfilled by end of January and then on to pre-orders AND that is only if there are no further issues. It still appears to me like they are stringing people (pre-orders) along. A July pre-order should have a tentative...

I told myself that one for awhile too but then I read stuff about people having a unit fail, then the replacement fail or ordering three units and having two fail and I realized any extra units are probably being used for that purpose..... I should clarify that I am still rooting for GHL to get...

I finally decided to get a refund, short email from Caroline explaining that more units will be shipping soon and I will have to pay a higher price in the future. I wanted to hold out for my Hopper but unfortunately common sense won me over. As a March pre-order I looked at it like this...

I am not sure that is a good thing to be doing with working capital. If they see massive refunds, then what? After two or three years or whatever they probably should have worked this stuff out already.

That is a fantasy, there is no way they are at even half of that. I am seriously considering asking for a refund. I have a bad feeling pre-orders won't get anything till Feb. if at all. This thing where they keep bumping people one month at a time seems fishy.

I know nothing technical but I think it is the little springy thing that stops touching the battery, the current does not run through a flashlight body.

Maybe it is the number of hoppers they are replacing that is cutting into stock. Plus it seems they are only making like 50 of these a week anyways. I will probably hold out on my pre-order till Nov. and if I don't get it I will just cancel.

Haha, but they charge a huge premium for their vapes, so when you pay $450 you are probably covering them for 5 or 6 replacements at cost!
