Cant you load 0.05 and have 1 / a few puffs rather than clear the whole load? I have a AA and that dose can easily last 5 minutes / 15 puffs. If I cleared it all in one sesh after a t-break I would feel pretty messed up!

A battery being close too or fully charged or close to or fully empty damage them the most. That being said the batteries are so cheap and easily replaceable I advise to use them however you would like and replace after a year or probably closer to two.

Brought my Arizer Air and stem to and from Amsterdam from the UK without an issue. Was clean both ways but not even spotless.

If I were you I would just unscrew the top and give that a clean out, I took it off for the first time recently after a year of use and there was a bit of a build up of ABV.
