Any progress on the female jointed stems for the Solo? I loaned my Solo out to a friend to try to convert him and he seems to have lost my male jointed one..

How does a non-HES Turbo stem function? This seems like a good mix of cleanability, airflow, etc.

Another thing to consider is the ability to connect it to glassware (Bongs/Bubblers/etc), if that's important to you. The Solo's default stems will pair with 14mm glass out of the box, and if you get a GonG stem from PlanetVape (Letting you choose your joint size) or a wooden stem from Ed's...

Glad to hear the idea is well received, I look forward to getting one. ATM I'm using my 14mm GonG with rubber bands making it airtight with a top load oil dome. Let me know if you need any testers for it :brow:

Just hit me how long it has been since I did a full bowl of the Solo. I have my screens set up so that the the screen sits flush with the PVHES notches, meaning the entire bowl is only like 1/8" thick, for very efficient and evenly cooked bowls.

I'm happy with it, that's for sure. The hollowfoot base requires a lot of water, although that keeps the bubbler bottom heavy and stable.

Hey everyone, pretty lucky day I've had today. Nabbed this INSANE deal off my local Raleigh-Durham Craigslist, a 10.5" tall 14mm DI bubbler, which the guy bought only three weeks ago. He apparently really needed rent money, and sold it to me for only 100$ (His asking price was 120$)...

Haven't had time to read through the thread, but I like to keep my vapor bubbler sitting next to the fan output for my laptop which runs hot. Keeps it a really nice temperature in between hits.
