Just pulled the trigger on one. Can't see it replacing the Lotus as my daily driver, but then again, I said that about the Lotus (not replacing my E-nano) when I first got it.

Nope, it's on top of the wood on the regular cap, and the wooden part is slightly taller as well (and with different beveling on top). I would guess the hot plate is 2-3mm closer to the herb on the HT cap due to the wood being shorter and the plate being countersunk.

I just added to my Lotus arsenal. :) Thanks to Mendocino Therapeutics for the crazy-fast claim response (first stem had an issue--took two days to get the replacement O_o ). My verdict is that short stem + black cap (+ fine screen) is the best combo and the one I will be using most often...

Couldn't agree more. I was always a bowl smoker, and I like how perfectly the Lotus serves that purpose with the added benefit of better efficiency. I'm pretty sure you can also massage/knead a Mighty/Crafty pad to have a smaller diameter so it fits perfectly in the Lotus without cutting it. I...

No idea. I'm using Colibri, but have you tried filling it without using a tip? I don't have any tips for my can, and it works fine.

I'm still going to my VG every now and again, especially since I'm getting down using it with a torch. Very quick (even less heating time than the Lotus!), decent quality vapor. The biggest weakness is the lack of a built-in stirrer like the Lotus has, and it's kind of perverse that I'm going to...

Your post made me try the D020-D for the first time with the Lotus (and a low-profile 14mm adapter). It was a very good experience, but I think the E-nano just works better overall with water (though I agree with @ataxian 's frequent reminder that the Lotus has the best WPA design out there)...

I agree with most of these. That Dash spoon in the picture above--1/12th tsp (most dash spoons are 1/8, but probably still work pretty well) from a Norpro 3080 set--actually fits inside my bowl, so I turn the bowl 90°, put the spoon in there, then flip it upright, and it ends up about 30% full...

I just got a Zico MT-10 lighter. The torch seems a bit less powerful than the MT-20 at the same flame length, but otherwise I prefer the 90° design to the roughly 45° of the MT-20--it's even more comfortable to use than the MT-20. That said, the MT-20 (which I got with the Lotus itself) easily...

I agree about the uneven vapeage, but it has gotten better with technique and with using smaller bowls (~1/12 tsp). My E-nano also leaves some green around the edges. Actually, the only vape I still have that consistently vapes the herb every time is the Plenty, and that is a craptastic vape...
