Man these guys have such overwhelmingly GREAT customer service and support that it's CRAZY!!! Theyv'e already helped me far beyond what i could have expected and continuously seeing how quick they are to respond to us here jst make me proud to be a customer! and an American! here here.....

This has happened to me as well! Always check to make sure the Thermocore is screwed all the way in! Thought my thermoCore had failed as only one of the two cores were glowing but after i screwed it all the way down/in it was back to working great!!

While it doesn't give a perfect seal, the SoloStem&crucible combo give thick, constant clouds through both direct-draw and Bong...I've noticed no overt delicateness to the HA&solostem combo per se but I'd be careful just the same :)

Wait a sec :uhoh: didn't I just hear mention of the awaited waterpipe adapter?! Where did it go?? When can we get them??

I'm not sure why fellow HA&SoloStem users would need this. I simply pack the solo stem and slide it into the crucible and the whole thing right into the HA per usual.. I've never had any sealing issues and it works great for DirectDraw and VapeBonging :/
