It’s the specification (type of wood, cut out pattern, special inlays, display colour and type of mouthpiece) that dictates the price, not whether it is a prebuilt unit or a custom build. Some people are keen to get something asap and are flexible in their requirements whereas others are happy...

I’ve no longer got a horse in this race but on the 31st December RBT did say 2-3 weeks to get the parts made then a further 2-3 weeks to ‘make the build’, so I’d say they’re currently running to schedule. Granted I can’t see why it would take 2-3 weeks to ‘make the build’ when all they’ve got...

Thanks for your sympathies but rest assured this has absolutely nothing to do with Brexit! Yes we leave the EU tonight at 11pm but we’re in a transition period until the end of the year, during which time nothing need change at all.

I’m sure that the manufacturer will be dealing with orders in turn. Vapefiend probably placed their order many weeks ago and have been waiting just like everyone else.

It took Vapefiend less than 30 minutes to sell out. I’ll be receiving a Nomad and a Tetra P80 in the next few weeks so I resisted the temptation to pick one up today.

If you hold the clip and rotate the hopper it’s possible to remove the back end without leaving any scratches on the body. I have two hoppers and they are both unmarked, so it is possible if you take a little care.

His Amish friend lives hundreds of miles away and doesn’t have electricity, so he can’t be contacted by phone, which is why @Ratchett can no longer supply them. I saw one advertised for sale with a used Hopper and I managed to buy it off him separately.

@Ratchett used to have them made by an Amish friend of his but he (Ratchett) moved away and can no longer contact him, which is why they’re no longer available. I managed to snag a used one last week which I’m looking forward to receiving.

Surely you’d just unscrew the backend before applying it? :hmm:
