Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

Yep, exactly. That's what I had in mind, simply replacing the metal grill with something that wouldn't allow electrical conductivity. Here .

Well, I actually like the grill both aesthetically and functionally but without actually seeing it in hand it's difficult to judge whether or not it poses a threat to the battery's physical integrity. And of course you are the expert so I think it's safe to assume you would want a safe unit for...

Fluxer Heaters, induction heaters for Dynavap

Hey there, Your work and pace of progression is very impressive! Few questions from this lay person, if you will? :myday: Why is there a grill, rather than a "solid" enclosure? Does the grill in any way increase the possibility of a electrical short, battery thermal runaway etc by...

I ordered one based upon your recommendation here at FC but I haven't used it yet. Seems like a nice build though. And of course it fits nicely in a small pouch, or what have you. .

I don't recall where I read it but Fluxorheater (sorry, can't remember his handle) said that the smaller portable would be considerably less then the mug form factor because the build is much less complicated. Other than that, that's all I've got.
