yea, its the glycerin tamer from my LSV. I think it's overkill to use with the crafty because the crafty vapour is never uncomfortable. but it does cool the air very well and the girls seem to like it. lol @dimildarko, I do a 6min session on full blast and then recharge for next time.

i think it was mentioned somewhere here that they don't want people messing around with the firmware because it can be dangerous with how hot the device can get. I do like a previous poster does, I set it and leave it. I don't even look at the battery meter anymore. I blow a bowl and charge it...

mine connects fine. I've also used the vapelog app someone here wrote on my mac. I think there is something for windows users too. try doing a hard reset by holding down the orange button for 10secs when its on.

I have been experimenting with small amounts. From just enough to cover the screen (which doesn't require any stirring) to 2 times that. I tried the ELB basket with my long stem and i like it, it solves my messy problem. I didn't stir but did give it a few shakes and the abv was evenly zapped...

That's interesting. I'm surprised the crafty extracted further. What temp were you using the volcano at? I vape on my volcano at 8.5 and the ABV is way lighter than my crafty's which I vape at max temp. I guess I could try it.

I take it out of the bubbler joint and give it a few taps on a table, a flick or two with my finger, and then a few shakes.. It works ok for minuscule loads in the basket, i haven't tried big ones yet. whats your technique for loading / unloading a basket? Id like to keep messiness to a minimum.

I have 3 of those baskets and this is the only one that fit likes that. I got lucky :D I'm sitting the HC LSV on that, bareback, hitting it on 3'. In between pulls I take the basket out and shake it. I love it. All the baskets fit my tamer though :D

The darkest abv was in a basket with the long wand, its zapped like my crafty's abv.

here is my ABV, abused at 3 o'clock for 10 sec pulls. it's much lighter than my crafty ABV but similar to my volcano 8.5 on the dial ABV. I included my starbucks plunger for colour reference. no where near combustion, right?

can you combust with the long stem? I tried to push it to see it's limits but couldn't come close, my abv was not dark at all. I turned the knob to max and waited 30 secs before pulling.
