The more grinding action that takes place before the herbs actually fall thru, the finer the grind. With my Mendo, the action is so smooth I can grind it ultra fast, fast enough that barely anything falls thru, so after a good 30 seconds of fast twisting I slow down and everything falls through. :)

Agreed, KC. And yes, that is helpful. :) I think the vaporizer gets plenty hot however. The added air volume in the 'heating chamber' is created from the distance from the element to the herbs, this is what isn't giving us those thick rips. :2c: I had actually sent this to sm55 in an email...
