You have few options.... either a flame based unit such as the VaporGenie vaporizer pipe (~50) / Vapman vaporizer portable unit (~150) or a Purple-Days unit (~150) which runs off electricity (kit comes with car adapter). The Iolite, formerly known as the Iinhale, is a bit over your budget here...
