Mine may be the less popular opinion, but I use the long stem regularly. I find that it is cooler on my lips toward the end of a session. TM comes with the short stem, so i'd recommend at least 1 long one.

Ditto me. I start at somewhere between 4-6 (depending on strain and my mood) then work my way up to about 7.5-8, where i finish.

Since March, the only time I've used anything other than my TM was when my only battery was charging. I've since gotten a couple more into rotation, as well as an external charger, so I've had no reason to switch it up.
