I managed to break a ceramic screen so I came up with this as a replacement. It's an aqualabtechnologies's 40x40 grade 2 titanium screen cut to fit. So it's an all Ti tip (well, excluding the cap) ;).

I need some self control as well. I've bought 3 Burl Ti's/One Burl Omni Body :D:lol:.

According to George there's less than a 1% failure rate for the caps and I know there have been some in use daily for 6+ months. I've ordered a replacement just in case but I don't imagine I'll need to use it.

This happens for me when the cart is clogged/cold. If I take it off after making sure I can breathe through it, I have no issues.

A drop of rez block fixes the problem in mine.

These are indeed the wicks. These have been through about half a gram of shatter, still mostly saturated in oil. The flavor is spectacular at first then evens out to a pretty good taste. The cleaner the screen the better. I have some titanium screen material ordered which will hopefully help...
