The charger is very stylish that’s for sure. But they should have focused on releasing the leather sleeves or metal cases. I, for one, won’t buy the charger as the nitecore works perfect for me and charges 4 batteries at once. Sure it’s not as portable but I generally travel with 3 batteries...

To answer your question, yes I've seen this problem on my mighty. I don't think it's broken or anything, I think it has to do with us being in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius.
