This morning was the second worst day of my life. The first was breaking my evolver hydra tree and never being able to get that back. The second, this morning, is breaking my cloud Evo bamboo. It’s been going strong for 4 years! But the heater definitely was wonky, the green light never came on...

I’ve been playing God of War for PS4, Donkey King Tropical Freeze for Switch; and Star Trek Bridge Crew for PSVR. All are amazing titles. I barely have any time but I try to get some in. Hopefully I’ll beat God of War at some point. I use GameFly so I would like to get Detroit become human next.

I sent mine in at the end of January and they have yet to respond to any of my questions for the past 1 and a 1/2 months.

I just don't understand why they can't respond to me. Even after their blog post.

This is so true. I sent them a note telling them to send my hopper to my new address. 2 updates, hey did you guys get this. NOTHING. Right now, I actually am just assuming they stole my hopper and I'll never get it back.

They’ve had my hopper since the first week of February. I emailed them first week of April to notify them of shipping address change. And I sent a follow up, hey did you get my message to them last week. No response. Gotta love that.

I hope they respond to my change of address update LOL. I thought I’d have it back before I got my house. Or my San Diego trip. Neither happened LOL.

I just hope I get my hopper back before they fold. I can't imagine people are lining up to buy these things. I definitely can't recommend it to anyone.

Yeah, I've been using my Mighty and my Cloud. I miss my hopper, but it's been so long without it, I don't even really remember it's power anymore.

Wow finally got a response. They said they are only in warranty requests from mid November. LOL. Guess I’ll see my hopper in November.
