I’m glad you’re okay with it but it is their responsibility to honour the warranty if you buy from them. If they refuse to do this then I think it’s important for potential customers that they state on their website that they simply won’t honour warranty requests.

From what I’ve read here I’m pretty sure that’s what’s going on already.

Using the torch on your phone to look for your phone is the new looking for your glasses while they’re on your head.

Occasionally I find the first couple of draws to be harsh which ruins my session. You could try turning the fan on for a few seconds with the packed chamber connected before you attach a bag or whip. That’s what I do when this happens & it seems to help. Best of luck.
